What Feels Good Right Now?

Notice and list ways that you feel good.

In listing each one, notice what it is like to connect with that good feeling. The intention is to make space for more good feelings and to welcome them in our bodies:

Ways that your body feels good (breath, flow, ease, strength)

Ways that your life is good (people, circumstances)

Ways that it feels good to be alive

Whatever else is good or feels good
