Information for new individual Somatic Experiencing/trauma coaching clients
Welcome to my website! If you are a new potential trauma coaching client, you can schedule a 45 minute discovery call by selecting “45 Minute Zoom Discovery Call” below and following the prompts. The cost of the call is $50 USD and it is applied to the cost of your first session, should you decide to continue to work with me.

Transformational Somatic Trauma Healing Coaching sessions are one full hour in length.
I offer a “no questions” sliding scale of $150 – $250 based on your financial circumstances. I also reserve several seats to work clients at lower rates based on financial need. Feel free to ask about that in your Discovery Call.
Information for new couples
You can schedule a 60 minute Couple’s Discovery Call below. The cost of the call is $50 USD and it is applied to the cost of your first session, should you decide to continue to work with me.
My current session rate for couples is a sliding scale of $150 – $250 per 60-minute hour. I expect to increase my rate for couples work late in 2026 once I have completed my certification in Relational Life Coaching. Whenever I have a rate increase, I keep existing clients at their current rate for at least several months.
Established clients
If you are an existing client who is not an SE or ISP student, please select “One hour individual session: Trauma healing work” below to schedule your appointment. If there is a particular time slot that you prefer, you are welcome to reserve your session times well in advance of when they will occur.
Educational “Personal Sessions” for students of SE or ISP; Educational Consultations for Somatic Experiencing students
For Somatic Experiencing and Integral Somatic Psychology students scheduling sessions or individual case consultations for student credit, my “no questions” sliding scale is $200 to $100 per session.
I am approved to offer student SE sessions for credit at all levels, SE individual case consultations at the Beginning level, and student ISP sessions for credit at all levels.

About SSP and/or RRP access without being a coaching client
If you have a trauma-informed therapist, coach or counselor or you yourself are a trauma healing professional and you are interested in applying for access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and/or Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) without being a coaching client, please select “Inquiry Call for SSP and/or RRP access” The cost of the call is $50 USD.
If we determine that it makes sense and is safe enough for me to grant access, the cost for access will then be a one-time fee of $100 – $200 for either SSP or RRP or $200 – $300 for both. The cost of the call is NOT applied to this fee.
SSP access runs until November 24, 2025 and may be extended longer.
RRP access runs until February 1, 2026 and may be extended longer.

If the available times cannot work for you, particularly people who are on the other side of the world, please send me a message, by clicking on “Contact Me” at the top of the page and filling in the contact form, and I will do my best to find a time to meet you. Note that I receive a dozen spam messages every day via my “Contact Me” form. So, if you don’t hear back from me within 24 hours, I might just be busy, but I might have missed your message in the spam, so do try again!
