Check in with wants and feelings
Sit comfortably with some way of writing things down.
Feel your feet, feel your belly, feel your heart, gently move your head and neck. Feel the chair holding you. Breathe.
Now take five minutes and complete any or all of the following thoughts as many times as you have time for in those five minutes.
After five minutes, circle or highlight any new or important insights from the practice.
Set any intentions you wish to set.
Take a minute to notice what emotions or energies are present in your body before returning to your day.
