Practice 4: What is good?
Breathe, feel your feet, stretch your arms, move your head and neck, sigh, breathe again.
In your mind, but especially in your body, feel for answers to the question, “What is good in my life?”
When you find an answer, repeat it (out loud?) as:
“I allow my body, my heart and my energy to feel how good it is that _____.”
Pause and be present with the experience of those words.
Repeat several times.
This is not to discount the reality of the challenges and difficulties in your life. It is to invite the equally valid reality of resource and support.
