Pause and notice your breath.
Look gently at the space and objects all around you, including behind, above and below.
Reach out your arms and feel the space around you in all directions, turning to touch the space behind you. Notice what it is like to just feel what’s there.
Place on hand on the back of your neck and the other on the back of your head, with the intention of feeling support at your back. Pause, breathe, feel.
Close or soften your eyes and with your mind’s eye, slowly and gently scan the space around you in all directions including behind you.
Breathe. Feel yourself in present time and space.
