Safety, Support, Stabilization, Practice 1

Practice 1:

Pause whatever you are doing and thinking.

Notice your breath.

Feel your feet and whatever they are contacting.

Feel the weight of your body on what’s holding you.

Feel gravity.

Invite your thoughts and emotions to slow down and soften even further.

“It is ok to pause and breathe and take respite.”

“My tasks will still be here after this pause.”

“I am here, alive, in my body.”

Feel or imagine the Earth and the forces of Universal Love holding you up.

“I allow myself to feel held”

Again notice your breath.

“I invite this sense of support to remain with me throughout my day.”
