“It is Possible”

For a chronic challenge or struggle, name a goal that should be achievable, but that you can’t yet reach.

State calmly and clearly that the goal is possible:

“It is possible to not eat sweets.”

“Completing my degree is possible.”

Breathe and feel the truth of this statement in your belly, in your back, in your roots, wherever you can find a sense of it. Repeat this regularly especially when you are doing things that could support or impede the achievement of your goal.

In our traumas we were overwhelmed and helpless. We could not make happen what needed to happen.

That sense of “I have no power to make this happen” can spread into various areas of our life, where it is not the truth. But that feeling of

“I can’t” or “It’s impossible” can then become a self-fulfilling prophecy because it blocks and paralyzes us. “It is Possible” can gently help to break that paralysis.
