
The Long Transition
When you are unwilling or unable to do it the way you always did it before, but/and your body doesn’t yet have a clue how to do it differently, of course it feels confusing and disconcerting.
You will be ok.
You will find your way.
Keep being curious and willing.
Maybe think of someone you know who does seem to know how to do it differently. See if you can feel into how it is for them.
Maybe place your hands on your body and just feel the contact, feel the containment, feel the comfort.
You will be ok. Keep going.
