Consider a Shift From:

“Everything is out of control and I am trying to keep it on track but it’s too much and I don’t know where to start.”

To:

“Everything is actually ok and I am gently doing what needs to be done, one step at a time, with the support of the Universe.

I soften and open to direction about what to do first, inviting wisdom from my body, my intuition, and my guides.

Breathing gratitude and remaining connected with myself, I allow time for that direction to arrive. I act in calm and peace.”
