It’s too much!
It feels like too much and it really is a lot.
It’s a lot: both logistically and emotionally it doesn’t seem to all fit within my capacity.
It is a lot and I nudge myself to remember and feel how I am loved and supported.
It’s a lot, and I slow down. I feel one thing at a time, I do one task at a time.
I breathe. I am kind to myself. Periodically I review the big picture. In between I gently do one thing at a time. I remember that I am loved.
