Self Practice 31: Honor Yourself

If you are like me, you have not achieved everything you want to achieve, you have kept some but not all of your commitments to yourself and met some but not all of your goals.

In this moment, consider the commitments you have kept and the goals you have met and the kindnesses you have offered and the victories you have had, in showing up in your life for yourself and others, and in not reacting in situations where you would have reacted in the past.

Pat yourself on the back and say,

“Good for You! Good for Me!”

Feel your spine straighten.

Feel the real or virtual sun on your face.
