It’s ok to feel bad
Feeling angry, discouraged, stirred up, exposed, confused and frustrated does not mean that you messed up. In fact, it might mean that you are getting closer to your feelings and your life force.

Breathe. Say:

“I am alive.
I am grateful to be alive.
I welcome the energy of aliveness.
I am grateful for the people in my life.
I accept that I am not perfect and that the people in my life are not perfect.
I am willing to continue to lean toward love and not complaint.”
