It is possible for me to feel good.
It is permissible for me to feel good.

What feels bad pulls me like a magnet to dwell on it and in it.

But I let myself turn my attention to what feels good, stable, gentle, or supportive,
no matter how small .

And I breathe.

And again I tend to what feels good.
