Think of someone in your life who you enjoy or whom it feels good to be with.
Remember being with that person, invite your body to remember.
Feel it now, the memory of how it is to be in the presence of that person.
What feels good? Or open? Or where there is movement or flow in your body?
Make space for those feelings now, and gently invite them to expand, to take up more space.
Make the Good Feelings Bigger.
