Practice 15: Slow down. Invite your thoughts to just pause.
Place your attention on your energy body, the space all around your physical body, 4-8 inches out in all directions.
If your thoughts don’t pause, then imagine a cloud enveloping your thoughts and floating them away from you as you return your attention to your energy body.
Sometimes connecting with our energy body is less triggering than connecting with our physical body.
“I exist in space and there is space around me, space to breathe and to be.”
Pause here for at least a full minute.
