It’s Thursday noon in Baltimore. It was snowing overnight and sleeting about an hour ago. It’s quiet now, but we are expecting another 2-4 inches of snow overnight. Not much compared to New England and the Midwest, and overall much easier than Texas.
I hope that wherever you are, you are warm, safe, and fed.
My new program, SEEDs: Sessions of Experimental Experiential Discovery, has launched! The first two small group meetings, exploring the healing of developmental trauma and generally the challenges and joys of being human, will be held on Monday February 22 at noon EST and on Wednesday Feb 24 at 3 PM EST, for an hour each.
These small groups are free, and you don’t need to make a standing commitment to attend, you just RSVP and attend the ones that fit your schedule and interest.
But in order to impact when the meetings are scheduled, and to be consistently notified when they are happening, and to RSVP and attend, you have to sign up for the SEEDs group, which you are invited to do here:

I don’t believe I’ve posted any additional recordings since last week. It’s been a pretty intense week for me, And that is probably in part because I have been actively working on reclaiming more of my life force, trying to be less numb and more alive. So I’ve been finding myself feeling more intensity in my body and nervous system.
When I sat down to write this email, it was the first time I’d written to you when I was feeling kind of stirred up. Usually I want to feel really calm and mellow. I expected the intensity to get in the way of writing to you, but it didn’t! So it seems like I am getting at least a bit more comfortable with having a bit more energy flowing through my system.
Here is the process I’ve been using regularly to support me in this endeavor of reclaiming Life Force. Let me know how it goes if you try it!
As always, thank you for the great work you are doing at walking your life, caring for yourself and the people around you, and seeking clarity and support for the question: What in the World are We All Doing Here? |
