Do the Opposite!

Pause. Are you about to do something out of habit? Gently do the opposite of your habit, if that is safe to do.

Don’t bully or force yourself. But if you can, as an experiment, see what it’s like to just do the opposite thing. What is pleasant or unpleasant in how that feels?
