30 Second Here and Now Practice

Pause.

Invite your head and neck to move, in any way they like, but not remaining fixed.

Invite your eyes and ears to take in what is around you.

Say: “I’m alive. I am here now.”

Notice two breaths, without trying to change your breath.

Complete the thought: “I am aware that I feel…”
